My husband and I are currently rewatching an American sitcom that I love called My Name is Earl. It doesn't feature a Filofax, but the main character does have a list - 'So, I made a list of everything bad I've ever done, and one by one I'm
gonna make up for all my mistakes. I'm just trying to be a better
person. My name is Earl'. Thankfully I don't have a need to make a similar list, but it has made me think about lists and if there's anything else that I'd like to add to my Kensington.
My sleep hasn't been that good recently, so I've decided to try out something different as a bit of an experiment. As I want to get to bed earlier, I'll instead set an alarm to remind me to start getting ready for bed, and then I will be letting myself wake up naturally in the morning. I work from home and am on a completely flexible contract, plus I do start to wake earlier anyway as it's getting lighter in the mornings. I'm going to keep a list of when I get to bed and wake up, and then do a review each month to see how it's working and if I want to adjust anything.
